      Change Cookie Consent Banner Risk Level.

      This article will walk you through the process of changing your cookie banner risk level. The risk level determines what type of cookies and scripts your banner will block by default.

      ⚠️ Caution: If you are having trouble determining which cookie banner risk level is right for your dealership please consult with a ComplyAuto Client Success Manager. 

      1. Navigate to the ComplyAuto Privacy Dashboard

      2. Select "Privacy" from the left-hand menu bar

      3. Select "Cookie Consent"

      4. Click the web domain that you want to change

      5. Click "Change Banner Template"

      6. Click "Variant" to change the risk level

      ⚠️ Caution: Choosing a high or medium risk level can leave your dealership vulnerable to private action and FTC enforcement. 

      7. Click "Update"
